Since our products contain minimal calories and do not elevate blood insulin levels, they are unlikely to disrupt your fast, regardless of your chosen regimen. However, if you are following a strict water-only fast, Fasting Aid may break your fast because our products contain more than just water.

During holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas), please allow two more business days for the delivery.

Unfortunately, due to certain restrictions, we currently only ship to the US mainland and other territories.

Our shipments are sent via DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.

Risk-Free Policy:

Products may qualify for our Risk-Free Policy if they were purchased within the last 30 days and constitute an initial purchase. If, as part of your first order, you find that Morning Boost is not suitable for you, we are happy to offer a refund as follows:

• 15pk: We will refund 100% of the product cost (less shipping)
• 30pk: We will refund 50% of the product cost (less shipping)

We kindly ask you to use our products for at least two weeks before requesting a refund. If you are unsure whether the product is right for you, we recommend avoiding the purchase of multiple units of the same product as we do not provide a refund for unopened products.

Unopened Products:

Subscriptions:

We are unable to accept returns for subscription plans. Please note that all subscription cancellations must be made before the next shipment is processed. You have the flexibility to update your ship date or cancel directly in your account at any time. You will receive an email notification 48hr before your next shipment is processed.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Fasting Aid believes in sustainability and values every employee in our company. Our entire team works hard to ensure you receive the highest quality product delivered to your door. Out of respect for everybody’s work and our planet, we strongly recommend starting with a 15-day supply. If you don’t love your first 15-day pack, we’ll offer a full refund, and you keep the product.

We choose shipping carriers that align with our beliefs and work towards offsetting carbon emissions. In respect for the labor of our teammates and to reduce waste, under our Risk Free Policy, we do not require products to be shipped back in the case of a refund.

All ingredients in Fasting Aid products are non-GMO. We source organic ingredients when possible; however, some of our ingredients are not classified as organic by nature, such as minerals, while others do not fall under organic or inorganic classification due to their extraction process.

In some cases, we choose to work with a non-organic supplier because we found that active ingredients are higher quality, have higher potency, and are still produced in GMP-compliant facilities and pass third-party testing.

For these reasons, we do not claim Fasting Aid products are organic. However, each batch is tested for ingredient quality, toxicity, and microbes.
